I received my wife csq's today
these are my dates:

received by MIFI: 04/nov/2019
charged/aor by MIFI: 14/nov/2019
csq approval: 27/may/2020
csq received: 03/jun/2020

I suspect that many were sent at the same time....

What in gods name is this????

This means that those whose application was received by November 1, the processing is complete and the decision is now in the system. Previously, they were showing when the processing started. In other words, applications that were received by November 20 had begun processing which means they send the information to various stakeholders and governmental departments for verification and background check. At the moment, this process is approx. 3 months. Now it's clearer : in my case, application was received Dec 10 and processing started April 2. So I think they should be done in 2-3 weeks but again who knows. Pardon my French but the way MIFI operates it's frankly annoying for a lack of better word. They need a reform and restructuring. They lack transparency, communication and their customer service staff sound like they were forced to come to work. It's a pity for a governmental service.

I’m waiting for “decision made “too. Usually it can take from a few days to a few weeks but now with the COVID-19 who knows.
