Call them and ask, they told me my file started processing. My Aor is Jan 14 2020 but file received is Nov 28

thanks that's good to know. My file was received December 10 so I'm hoping they process it soon.

Im Aor Nov 6th and i called them. Im still waiting haven’t received anything yet.

CSQ started processing but I called and they are still processing it and with this slow speed, god knows when they will approve it. IRCC is just waiting for CSQ only, everything else has been done (Biometrics, Medical, and even Pre-Arrival Letter)

Each agent answers different. Anyway, we should wait at least 6 months for whole csq processing. I hope I can get approval in June

My wife and I sent in our CSQ application a week after we got the approval from IRCC. I got a signature verifying that it was delivered from Canada Post on February 18th. We then received a letter from CIC Mississauga on February 27th stating:

" CSQ: Certificat de sélection du Québec from the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration. This must be received at this office by: 2020-05-27. "

We have no confirmation from MIFI (AOR, Credit Card withdrawal, etc.) stating that they are working on our application. Is this normal?

Hello,
With the pace they are going its probably normal. Aor is usually the date they have charged your credit card, but you have not been charged yet and 2 months have passed.
I suggest you give them a call and get to the bottom of this.
I have been waiting for the CSQ for almost 6 months they are veeeeeeery slow and now with the covid 19 i think they found another reason to delay the proces.
