That's ridiculous. Processing time should start when they receive it physically. Some folks waited a month before their CC was charged

I read a few times on the same forum that it was actually from the day they received it and not from the day they charged the credit card. I’m confuse now ...

Guys, go to posts of January 24th in the forum, a lot of people mentioned it’s written on the MIFI web site and that an agent also confirmed It :

It’s the day it was RECEIVED. It is written on their website and is what was confirmed by MIFI agent. The date stated in the letter is just thedate it is charged on the credit card, as I stated.

MIFI received my forms on August 30th 2019
My CSQ was issued on January 29th 2020
I received the CSQ in the mail today, February 4th 2020

158 days total! Be patient guys, it does eventually work!

Timeline:-
Csq submit :- 1 sept 2019
Cc charge/Aor :- 13 sept 2019...

imean those applicants who receive Aor before 16 sept ... got csq

You just need social security number( SIN) to be able to work in canada which can be applied at service canada once you landed here

19 Dec 2019: CSQ application sent (EMS)
23 Dec 2019: CSQ application received (EMS tracking, local time)
07 Feb 2020: CSQ charged (Credit Card)​

Thanks for responding, how much average time they take to provide SIN

5 minutes maximum... service canada opens at 9 am to 5pm... you can go there for any request ( SIN no , etc)

I live in Quebec as a PR and want to sponsor my spouse and kids.
I am not sure of exact procedures to get their CSQs etc.
Is anyone doing the processing for the same and can guide me thru please?

I have visited website of both Quebec immigration and IRCC, but, did not quite got all answers.

On Quebec website I found that I need over 40K yearly oncome tosponsor 3 member of family, but, unfortunately I do not have this much income yet.
Kindly assist. I greatly appreciate any support.
