someone said in another thread that they did 2 weeks ago but i wouldn't hold my breath they are being intentionally slow personally I am expecting a delay of one year at best and even more if they can find any more excuses. this administration doesn't want immigrants and now they have the opportunity to delay us. they don't care. I would advise anybody who wants to sponser to do it outside of quebec this province is dead to me.

Very true they least bother about us....on my timeline 45 days are left...I do not know what they r doing.they updated their site last on 17 march after that no update...
they are sitting at home NOT working and getting paid with our taxes
Receive mine (they receive my application the 30 October and issue receipt the 11 November), but must push them because they cause delay with HK IRCC.

I read someone saying that they don't have access at home. They have the same access they would have in the office. I think they are just not held accountable. They have their work laptop and can find your file with the same information they would if they were in the office. They can only see the notes from the processing team and are not in direct contact with them but that was the same before though maybe it was easier to get ahold of them. I don't know where are the physical applications and if that's why it is delayed because they left it in the office. I don't know if they could be allowed to bring this home. But they should be transparent about it and not update their website saying that they are still processing if they are 10x slower than before. It's not a favor they are doing to us, it's a public service. Last time I called, the lady seemed fed up with life and she just left me on the phone, waiting for me to hang up. If it wasn't that I was paying international minutes, I would have waited. They give whatever information because I'm pretty sure in a pandemic situation like now is not when they will do massive quality checks on calls. I had to call back and the lady after was very friendly. Unfortunately, experiences like this are not isolated and this should be highlighted. The problem is I'm the next batch so I cannot make a substantial complaint yet but there should be more of us who write to them. I'll definitely write again when my date is reached on the website.

Hi, i applied for the CSQ in nov, Received a mail stating they will send the csq certificate in 25 days. It has been 5 months and i noticed on the website that they are still working on Nov 20th is that accurate? Has anyone who applied in December received their CSQ?
