Hello, yes you need to send it to IRCC. Please check but I think you can upload it to GCKey.

I'm preparing application for csq. I have a question about who is a non-resident of Quebec for a long time and with no permanent address there. Are you still fine for sending application and get approved for csq?

I tried my best checked several times and sent it away in September. But I guess I got myself a new thing to worry about
damn man CSQ used to be a two-week process not long ago. Has anyone done medical before obtaining CSQ?

Yes , I know some people from my country who has gotten medical first and then obtain csq. Its different case for each applicant by country .

When did you applied your csq

Just make sure that MIFI has sent your csq to your visa office and if they did not just go on the IRCC web form and upload your document there and wait for them to respond for Passport request ( PPTR)

All done. They request my passport a month ago too. So I'm only waiting for csq.
