MIFI sent it to IRCC.
My Visa office is MISSISSAUGA, file was never sent out to the local Visa office, which is normal.

We've just received a letter asking my wife (PA) to submit the CSQ and medical results by Dec 15 2019 .. but we've just got charged the 284 CA yesterday after receiving our application for the CSQ on Nov 4th... it's such a short notice ....

Does it sound familiar to anybody?

Hi. What you must do is provide the medical exam and you must send a letter asking them to extend the time limit for your csq MIDI is taking 4 months to issue. If the Midi charged your payment yesterday, Nov 14 will be your acknowledgment of receipt and from that date you must count the days.
(80-90 open days)

Not always I was under the impression they would but they still request me to upload my csq, l sent it via webform. I would suggest you do the same to avoid delays

Go for the exams and the doctor will send the results to IRCC. You should check if the medical center manages EMedical if they don't, you must take some additional photos, the requirements for the examination depend on the doctor. Inform yourself before you go. I already said before that you have to send a letter explaining why you can't send it and ask they extend the deadline. You must send an email to your VO where your file is

isn't it a bit weird that it became pur responsibility to inform cic that they must give us extension because midi cannot comply to one month grace period? i think the two offices should be able to work as one instead of leaving the burden to us who dont have any control as to when the csq will be issued
