CSQ delay

My husband has applied for PR and he sponsoring my PR. As he lives in quebec, we applied for CSQ also.
It's been 3 months, the application is under process. Bt now federal Ircc has given an ultimatum to submit CSQ else they will take deczn without csq Or refuse it.

So will they actually refuse my application???

  • a spouse, a de facto spouse or a dependant child received on November 26, 2021;
  • other family members received on October 15, 2021
• its clear in this case that they didnt start treating your file
