Csq delay for family sponsored application

My husband has applied for PR and he sponsoring my PR. As he lives in quebec, we applied for CSQ also.
It's been 3 months, the application is under process. Bt now federal Ircc has given an ultimatum to submit CSQ else they will take deczn without csq Or refuse it.

So will they actually refuse my application???

Hi,
did you receive CSQ? I am waiting for so long also, 4 months already since I submitted CSQ application

You did good!
From what I understood (doing online research), QC sent your approved CSQ to IRCC days/weeks before you actually received your CSQ in the mail.
I'd have done the same, actually, probably will do.

When did you submit your application?
