CSQ application update or cancel

Hi,

I'm currently a temporary resident (student) and my husband has an open work permit. I plan to apply for the CSQ in the process that opens now, in August. At the same time, there is a chance (just a possibility) that in November my husband get a valid job offer.

My question is: can I make the application now in August and if he gets the valid job offer update the application (or cancel and make another one)?

If you have a job offer validated by the Ministère or you are a temporary resident of Québec and are authorized to submit an application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec, you may do so at any time.
