Hello! I want to solicit pieces of advice on how to resolve my issue regarding my sponsorship application for my sister under Family Sponsorship, ( other relative) for Permanent Residence in Canada.
The Manila Immigration Officer emailed me requesting me to submit the Notice of Marriage search issued by the Vital Statistics Agency Canada. But we were married in the Philippines. Definitely, I do not have a marriage record in Vital Statistics Canada. What other possible document can I submit as a supporting document? Can I submit my Immigration Sponsorship Agreement and my Certificate of Marriage issued by the Philippine Statistics Office instead? Thank you.
