I would ask IRCC; here's how:
Call the IRCC Call Centre (1-888-242-2100), from within Canada only, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm local time, except for statutory holidays). To speak to an agent, navigate through the automated messages by pressing 3-4-1-0. Prepare to wait on hold for some time.

I just talked with agent, and he says everything looks okay, we didn't receive any letter from CSIS, my application in regular processing time. And he also said that my security passed, but criminality still in process. I'm confused guys

This is clearly another question for support; why didn't you tell them you were confused and get them to go over it again? Thats what they are there for.

But this just take me to help question I need to know what to choose if you did that before can you just give me the procedure?
Last month VO asked my dependant documents, my application still in process, I called CIC and they told me that my background check completed and queded for decision. Waiting for DM
Thank you for replying, sounds like it is in a good shape. AFAIK the background check will only start if you pass the eligibility check. I hope you will get it soon.
