CSE right after submitting application

Hello,

I have raised a CSE today for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) which i had missed at the time of submitting my application. That was important for me to submit as it was regarding funds re transfered from my mother which I had given to her for saving purpose.

Will this anyhow affect my processing of application ?

I raised a CSE two days after submitting my application. It didn't make a difference.
