I have a missing CBSA record as well. Only found out when I requested CBSA in responding to the RQ. I don't know if it'll be a big issue or not yet.

Unfortunately there were some reports from some applicants that CBSA missed some entries,I assume that maybe CBSA officers at Airport forget sometimes to enter the entry date of the traveler on their system. I would suggest to send letter to CIC explaining the issue and more importantly to get entry exit report from your country as this would solve the issue and it depends if u have stamps on your passport.

How many days it took to receive your CBSA reports and what's your location?

Thanks guys,

AED- my entry and exit into my home country is recorded.Entry into canada is problem -3 entries to be exact out of 9 trip between canada n india rest is all located.

I think I should apply ASAP before new rules comes into effect as i have time on my pr card so thats a good thing.

i just hope traveling often is not a problem for them

I asked for csba report by mail. took 3 months approx -came to toronto

I had a same problem and I talked to the agent, he told me this happens frequently and Immigration officer are not concern about missing dates on CBSA report, they are concern if you do NOT claim them.

thanks Shazdeh,

Appreciate it....I hope it doesn't become a problem as in a transaction only entry is missing in their reports. How I have no clue.hoping for best.
Im submitting in 2 days with a total of over i think 1150 days

You are welcome, make sure to have the tickets, employment letter or anything that can prove you live in Canada, when you go to the interview in case officer gives you hard time.

Thanks Shaazdeh
Well I have employment records, rental agreement, n all, etickets from travel agents but no boarding pass :( as I just checked them- (I dont know how they expect us to keeps boarding passes after travel :) ) and exit stamp from home country
and funny thing is after those entries I travelled from canada and came back and all is recorded.

That's why CIC doesn't trust CBSA report and asks for other documents to prove residency i.e pay stubs, lease agreements, passport copies, travel record from last country of residence

Thanks Tosib
I was very nervous as its time to send the application and all the stuff one hear.
Given the feedback here I hope it works out well as seems a few missing entry stamps/or PR scan is not a big deal as long as one has exit record from home country n other stuff in order.

I think if you mentioned the entries/exits in your application + have the stamps ready (translated if needed) from your passport...
then you have not hidden anything.. you should not be penalized because of an officer(s) who somehow missed up your records, or didn't record your entry to canada transaction!!

My concern, is how is this even possible!! I mean with all what we see of evil, crimes, terrorism...
How on earth its possible for the authority of a country NOT to record an entry for someone to its land :o

Good luck for sure... and keep us posted :)
Mary

Totally agree with Mary2009 , As long as you declare all your trips and provide all the supporting documents that you have, then you have nothing to worry about.

Good luck to you!

thanks for your response.
i didn't have a conversation with them yet but as per report they mailed me 3 entries are not showing up and i know for sure i traveled and came back. those entry don't exist in their records.
what you guys think going to happen if i apply....all possible scenarios please if someone experienced it?
would it go to a judge or anything else? as now i got a decent job outside canada and if this becomes lengthy and messed up then im stuck.

This is normal, I had also 3-4 entries not showing in the record, I stated those in my residency.. The oficers don't take the cbsa for granted as the basis.. But the passports and stamps as much as tax returns and a selection of other evidences they deem needed for the assessement ... So no worries if you are ok on days

Hi,

1. How did you come to know about 3-4 entries? Did you receive RQ or you ordered CBSA report?
2. Were these canada entries?
3. How did you mention those entries?
4. Did you get questioned about these during the application process/interview/test?

thanks Ottawa2013

Michel: thanks for your response.
Good to know they considered your record. Yes these entry didnt come in my report and now am concerned about applying though y days are over 1905 requirement.
What can be a worst case scenario here in your opinion or if you have seen anyones case where they dont match up.
Thankfull i have all records- like taxes job lease e tickets.

did you scan your pr for those entries? or showed ur pr to an officer?
