Hello,
I made an express entry profile a couple of days ago.
My CRS points are 435. From what I understood draws do not take people under 450 points.
Is that true? Do I have 0 chance of getting chosen if I don't get a PN or a job offer?
And If it is, what can I do about it?

Its not entirely true. There isn't a rule saying no 450. This was an observation from last year.

Now, the year is new, the government is new, everything is possible.

What are the chance of 435 points? There is not even a single draw in feb.

tbh, IRCC is very unpredictable man. You have good chances though but if you can increase your score while waiting for the CRS to go down, please go for it.

I can if I get masters ECA from IQAS. They are taking too much time.
