CRS Work Experience

Hi! I'm a dependent of my spouse and we recently got the ITA.

For the employment letter (for me) it says only if the dependent claims points for his/her work experience, would they need the letter.
How do I know that I claimed points for the same in the ITA. In our ITA, it shows that CRS – Spouse – Canadian Work Experience = 0, does that mean that I've not claimed any points for work experience. Kindly help!
