CRS tool show wrong results??

It seems that the official CRS tool on the website is broken. In fact, with the same data, I am getting CRS 493 on this tool whereas I am getting CRS 429 on my application profile...

Also, I have also tried to change my official language to be french instead of English because I have a higher score on TEF ( around CLB 10 ) but my CRS score has not changed on the application. However, it does change on the tool when i switch the official language.

Is there any updated tool I could use to see if a change on my IELTS/TEF score will raise my score ? Also , how come changing my official language to the one with the highest score does not impact my application CRS?

Any help would be really appreciated.

IELTS : Writing CLB 8 / Reading,listening CLB 10 / Speaking CLB 9
TEF : Reading , Listening CLB 9 / Writing , Speaking CLB 10

Scores can take 24 hours to update after you make changes.

Is there a way to know if the score has been updated or not yet ?
