CRS - Spouse - Level of Education

My spouse is Software Engineer and has completed B.E in Electronics and Communication but the CRS - Spouse - Level of Education shows 0 in my EE Profile.

Is it mandatory to have ECS done for spouse as well to get the score?

Without ECA you cant get points for spouse education, If its outside Canada.
