I just submitted my Express Entry Profile and have some missing points compared to the CRS tool system. The CRS tool( see pointing system below) gives me 200 points for a job offer whereas in my Express Entry profile I only get 50 points for arranged Employment and I can't figure out why. I'm here with a Young Professional Visa and my Job is LMIA exempt. I need these points to get an ITA right away and be able to continue working...Can anybody help?

Edit - the following statement is incorrect -
"Young Professional visas do not get points for arranged employment."

See the post below - YP do get points, but only after a year.

In addition, you only get 200 points for very specific jobs (NOC 00, basically CxO level jobs). All other LMIA/closed work permit jobs that qualify get only 50 points.

YP visas do in fact qualify for arranged employment points since the employer is named on the work permit (v.s. WHV where no employer is named). However individuals on YPs only qualify for the job offer points after having worked in that role in Canada for at least one full year.

I stand corrected, thanks.

OP still won't get 200 points though, yeah?

That all depends on the NOC (as you said in your post)...

What's your NOC? Have you worked in Canada on the YP for at least one full year?

I worked for a year as an F&B Manager (NOC 0631) and wanted to apply under LMIA-exempt job offers-skilled immigrants express entry (see link below)

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/offer-employment/lmia-exempt.html

The job offer is for the same job and same employer
You will get 50 points for this job offer since it falls into the NOC A/B/0 classification. Your job would have to fall under an "00" NOC to qualify for the 200 points. So you were correctly awarded 50 points rather than 200.
