Do you think the CRS scores will go below 440 this year and have a similar trend to 2017?
Hard to say.
Unless they increase the number of invitations in each round (3900 lately), scores are likely to stay around where they were in 2018.
They might increase slightly the number of invitations issued in each round though, considering the higher target of 310,000 for 2019 instead of 300,000 in 2018.
But still, I wouldn't expect cut-off scores to change at all, considering the huge ever growing number of applicants in the 401-450 points range... 31,972 on January 17th 2019.

My score is also 438,
Resubmitted my profile in Jan due to the 12 month expiring rule :(
I am really starting to loose hope after Dec 2018 draw of 439, PNP ONIP and 30 Jan draw all left me out in the cold :(

My CRS score is 440 and age 28 years.
Is there any chance of getting an ITA before July?

i’m not surprised if they keep issuing ITA’s around 450 mark because lot of people applying with good scores and US immigration will be a factor for this. Too many people applying from US but they have no intention to move. So they are just wasting someone else’s chance in-between.
