Are you a CEC applicant or a FSW applicant?

If CEC, then extremely high chance.

If FSW, then unknown given there have been no draws so far this year. Look into PNP programs.

As of 17 may there are 6000+ candidates standing at CRS 480+, beside there has been nill FSW draws during 2021 so far, i really wished to say you are good to go.

I have got admission in a 1 year program in Humber college. As per my calculation I will have a CRS score of 455-460 in CEC category after one yr of college and one yr of work ex in 2023.

You are asking about a CRS score in 2023. The government has stated that the Express Entry program will change to specific in-demand NOCs but doesn’t say whether it will apply to CEC.
