SINCE MY WIFE IS THE FIRST APPLICANT BEING IN OFFICE ADMINISTRATION LINE OF WORK HAVING A CRS SCORE OF 327 . IT IS QUITE LOW . DO I STAND A CHANCE?

You wont get an ITA with that score. Your only choice applying for a PNP

Work on your IELTS and work experience, once you are in CRS400 range you can apply for Ontario PNP.

you need to write IELTS again, it has the biggest weightage.
ideally you should aim for
8 in listening and reading, 7 each in writing speaking

just that will increase your score to well over 400 (provided you have 3 yrs work experience and are under age of 32 with bachelors degree)
