crs score skill transferability factor

I have a bachelor degree in engineering and 3 years experience(2015-2018), now to increase my crs score i am studying pg diploma (1 year) will it increase my score?
I am a bit confused as someone told me that work exp. is only counted after latest education.

Will score be in the same way ?

429 is not so bad. How good is your ielts? Maybe scoring better in ielts will help increase the score. You can also apply for pnp since you have engineering background. If you are successful you will get 600 points

My english is fluent, I hope I can get 7 band .

Will score be in the same way ?

My CRS is 408, 34 yrs old, bachelor’s, with CLB 9. If you are 27 years old, you should have at least 433 for the same profile. So aim for CLB 9 if you are to take IELTS, or CLB 10 for all modules which will give you more points.
