CRS score of lowest-ranked candidate in next draws

I filed for EE on April 6th 2016 with CRS 449.
CRS score of lowest-ranked candidate in last draw was 470 and never went below 450.
Is there a chance this would come down in next few months?

I have IELTS 7.5 and my wife has 7. If we both take Ielts again, we could improve the score by 5 points apprx.

My question, should we take ielts again or just simply wait Or try for a PNP? What's the best course of action here?

If I were you, I would try provincial nomination and simultaneously reappear in celpip and accept whatever comes first.
