Hello, 438 score has a very less chances, I would say very close to not getting an ITA. Lately the cut off is very high. I would suggest you to improve your score by improving language score, adding Canadian experience, education or by getting arranged employment.
No chances unfortunately. You need to increase your score to around 470 to have a chance to be selected through Express Entry. You either need to increase your points or look at the PNP programs instead. Good luck.
