CRS score less after submitting Express entry application

HI,

I recently submitted my express entry application and I see that the overall CRS score after submitting is 450, which is different from the one I calculated in the below website prior to applying.
https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

In the field- 'CRS - Skill Transferability - Foreign Work Experience ' I received a score of 25 whereas in the tool I am getting 50 points( I have three years of work experience if this helps). Not sure why this happened!! I doubled check my application twice to see if I made an error but didn't. Should I be concerned as I see the latest cutoff score as 478?

Also, I have a CLB score of 9 for IELTS.

Skill transferability depends on work experience and education. If a single degree or diploma is recognised, it will be 25 points instead of 50 in case of 2 degrees, diplomas, or certificates, or master's degree.

In the education field, I provided only my Master's degree. Do I need to include my bachelor's as well to earn a total of 50 points?

Can someone please let me know why my score is different when I used the CRS tool compared to the score I received after I submitted the application?
