Hi, My CRS score is 387 and there is no chance of improving that. Since I am doing postdoc, it seems 4011 is the only NOC that matches with my expertise. But the problem is this NOC was never in on-demand occupation list of any province. So PNP nomination seems very impractical for me.

Is there any other way?

dont get dejected. On demand list keeps changing and if luck favors, your NOC might come up into the on demand list of some or other province. If you have a relative (blood) in Canada, you can try and claim points for that.

try to improve your IELTS score or take up a French exam (IELTS equivalent) to improve your score.

I know it is easier said than done but improving your score is the only option you have.
