CRS score increasing between ITA and APR

Guys I have applied and received ITA for CEC program. However, my score is at 448 and I later realized that I answered the question "Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses?" as YES instead of No.
Changing this detail will increase my CRS upto 478. Am i supposed to proceed with the correction and explain it on LOE? Or they will ask to reject this ITA?

You can proceed, as long as the current CRS is not less than the cutoff when you were invited.
