CRS score increase

Hi all,

I have used the CRS calculator to get my score but it seems that the number of years of work experience do not make any difference. as long as they are 3+ years i get the same score.
in my calculation i considered the maximum IELTS score and i got 430.
from the latest draws it seems that the cut-off score is about 436 to 440+. what are the possible ways to increase the score?

Thanks for your reply. the question here will the CRS score when i submit my express entry profile be different from the calculator score considering the years of experience are around 9 years or only the minimum 3 years will be considered?
