Before you calculate CRS, you should always calculate eligibility points. I'm guessing you're asking about FSW program.
Your friend has 75 eligibility points.
The minimum is 67. You can even got more points if spouse gets language test as well (5 potential points).

Now that you know she/he is eligible, you can use this tool to calculate CRS.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

Note however, that your friend needs to have:
-An ECA for her degree
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=681&top=29
-Work reference letters with all info required
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/federal-skilled-workers.html#skilled
-IELTS General Training (Not Academic)
-Proof of marriage
-Proof of relationship with sisters (Birth Certificates, etc...)

Okay, she'll need ECA for her Msc as well otherwise she can only claim points for Bsc.
