CRS score difference between cic.gc.ca and canadavisa.com

Strange thing...can someone explain below?

My IELTS scores are
Reading:9
Listening:9
Speaking:8.5
Writing: 7

When I use CRS calculator in Canadavisa.com site I get 128 points for language proficiency.
When I created the EE profile in CIC.gc.ca site I only get 125. Why is it different?

I have double checked to confirm I have entered the correct scores in cic ee profile.

but after checking multiple times and my friend verifying (two more eyes :'(), I am confident I am not doing anything wrong

make your profile on CIC and see what the outcome is..

I have done it already and there is a 3 point difference between CIC and Canadavisa.
