CRS score changed after creating new Express Entry Profile

My EE profile has expired recently and I just created a new profile with the exact same IETLS result, however my CRS score given in the language criteria is 3 points less than what it used to be on my old profile! Why is that?? Anyone has the same experience? Please share and advise, thank you!

I'd imagine as it expires after one year, you are one year older and hence a points drop?
