CRS score 499 and wanting to move to india for long

Hello, as the title says, I have got 499 CRS score and after submitting the file, I am exploring the option to go to India and stay for a while. Provided I will need to get medical and biometrics done, what are the things I need to consider before making a decision on the travel?
I will be submitting all the documents while in canada and then make a move. Please suggest

There's no requirement to be in Canada. You can complete the full application process from outside of Canada.
