CRS Score 478 (FSW) but never got picked since July 2019

Hi Everyone,

I'm super confused with one thing and was wondering if anyone could kindly help as I couldn't find any official contacts to ask

I entered the pool in July 2019 with CRS score of 478 but never received any ITAs. The 3 messages I received in the system were all general messages and all dated from the day I entered the pool. I initially didn't worry about it as I thought my score didn't meet the requirement but recently found my friend with a score lower than me got his invitation. I was wondering if anyone has experience on that issue and could kindly point a direction for me. Thank you very much in advance.

The system also says my profile will expire in several days. Anyone knows how to update that? Thanks!

Guessing it probably has something to do with the ineligibility issues you had last year when your profile was set up.

Are you 100% sure you fixed them? Something must be wrong with your profile. Otherwise you would have been selected by now.

This is odd.

Express Entry draw list: 2019

• Lowest CRS points cutoff in a 2019 Express Entry draw: 438
• Highest CRS points cutoff in a 2019 Express Entry draw: 475

You should have had your ITA since July...
