Recently my improved IELTS score has helped me to reach 471 and now i am waiting for scores to come down. I think this might take another a month or so as CIC wish to clear the backlog and then move forward. But this wait seems too long. Anybody has any other views about this.
Crs score 460 and above connect!!!!!

Everyone sitting within the 460 range is not getting much love from CIC for quite some time now hehe.
I'm hopeful they'll give us something to smile about this year...all we need is just one draw to get in after all

I'm actually thinking seriously of starting French lessons lol, no other way to improve my score and seems CIC draws are staying higher than 480 for a while

@ovi1985, you can check the previous invitation rounds. our score range has been given an ITA on several occassions already...around 40% of the time since Express Entry started.
Of course, past events cannot accurately predict the future but if CIC does not have any intentions to lower the cut off, they should have announced already that they are only accepting applicants with job offer, family ties, Canadian experience, or provincial nomination (because that's the only way to get high scores like that). Saves everyone else the time and frustration of waiting hehe.

there is a report in the tracker to estimate upcoming score, the more entries in the tracker the better accuracy of the report.

I am at 478. I have no problem if it takes couple of months to come down as I have just applied for FBI PCC and it will take couple of months to get it
