Looks like it will be sometime before the crs scores drop to 441. As per the last draw there were around 9k people in the pool with scores of 441-450 score.
BTW even im at 441, so hoping it will come down. All the best.
That long wait can be forever, major reason for the increase in crs scores is because of many techies in the US applying for Canadian PR as a backup if their current visa is in danger. Seems very unfair that for them this is just a back up but for others its everything they've got.

You are right. If nothing works out, as a backup plan I will go for masters in Canada and then try later on. I know it will be expensive. But if I have to immigrate then that's the last option left. Also looking forward for PNP.

What PNP program can I apply for if my relative is my dad's first cousin NOT LIVING in a PNP province.
Also I do not have a valid job offer. Seems nearly impossible to get a job offer without any PR.
My score is 441. The scores just seem to be shooting higher and higher. PNP is also quite long but hopefully get the points from there. Does getting a PNP secure me a PR? or does it just help me get an ITA?

So if you have received a Notification of Interest (NOI) from any province, then you will have to apply for the PNP nomination ( more or less with the same docs that you would need to apply for PR) , pay some fees and then if your PNP is approved, you can enter the pool with 600 additional points, then you receive the ITA, then you apply for PR. Hope this helps.
