Yes - you need to look at PNP.

Express Entry / FSW is not an option based on your score.

Yes, I am aware.

However, please advise on the best PNP province and stream.
Also I have a sibling in Ca. So I already have 15 points. NOC B HR Recruiter.

I don't think your occupation is in demand in any province.

Which province is your sibling living in? For PNP, this only helps you if you are applying through the province where your sibling is living.

Maybe Saskatchewan. I would check that out.

Hi not sure if my brother is in Alberta or British Columbia. As far as I recall, he did his Masters in Alberta.
I will confirm, meanwhile any advise.
What if I apply for occupation as a project manager.

You'll need to do research to determine which province might work for this occupation and where it's in demand. You'll also want to confirm where your sibling is living. I'm assuming he is a PR / citizen.

Yes, my brother is a PR citizen. He actually has lived in different cities for work so far.
So pnp has significant focus on option.
I just found out Alberta is also okay with CRS 300 above.
