CRS score 350-380, which PNP have to be choosed

Hi,
Myself having 7 years experience in IT and with IELTS score I got CRS score of 380.
With this score for sure I will not be eligible to get picked up draws. So I need suggestions and help to apply PNP
Can some one help me in this.

Whats your IELTS score?

If you have atleast 8 in listening and 7 in the rest, your score will increase by atleast 50 points.

Retake IELTS and get at least 7 in reading, writing and speaking. Maintain the listening score. Try these scores in the CRS calculator and your will notice the difference. You will not even need a PNP.

That depends on which province you want to live it. Look at each province website

Hi Abhishek,
I am in the same stream now. What is your latest status now? Did you get any PNP and which one did you choose. I am also from IT-8yrs, NOC-2174, CRS 367. Pls advise
