CRS Points(Skill transferability factors)

I have a bachelors' degree of four years that I completed in India and after coming to Canada, I completed a post-graduate diploma of 2 years. How many points I will get for Skill transferability factors(No foreign work experience, Martial status: Single)

I am bit confused. In the 4th question, it says " What is your level of education"?
I have a bachelors' degree from India and 2-year diploma in Canada.
Among following option, which one I'm gonna select?
Do I need to choose from drop-down option "Level of Education " section to this option"two or more certificates, diplomas, or Degrees. One must three or more years"? if not then which one is supposed to be.

Two or more.......is the right selection. But for your Indian bachelor you have to go through WES.
