CRS points for Sibling PR status.

Hello all. Any help in this matter would be highly appreciated. I applied for a PR in express entry pool and got a CRS score of 476. We cleared the cutoff on 23rd December. We also included 15 points as my brother is a PR holder but does not live in Canada right now. He works and resides in USA. After completing our profile when we came to document upload section we realized that we need to upload proof of residence. Which we don't have.

What are our options now?
We did only one WES for educational documents for the primary applicant.
Do we have the option of getting second WES done and updating that to get 470 points as we still have 79 days left to complete our application?

Your brother needs to be living in Canada to claim points. If not, decline ITA.
