CRS Points for Engineer

Hi,

I have submitted expression of interest profile in NOC 2148. I have nearly 10 years of experience in the same NOC but in three different companies in Singapore. My position was engineer (naval architect). I am supposed to get 50 points for foreign work experience 3 years or more according to CRS tool http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp. But in my EOI profile, I received only 25 points for the job experience. Has anyone faced similar experience? Or can anyone tell me why actual points given are lower than it is supposed to be?

Kathy what is your language score?
3 years foreign work experience you can get 50 points if you have CLB 9 or more on all four first official language abilities
