I've seen a few topics about commercial pilots here, but none were like my case and/or were not answered.
I've done all my training in Canada in a Designated Learning Institution flight school under a full-time study permit of 18 months.
My licence is not converted from another country. I've done all ground schools, all the written tests and flight tests in Canada and gotten a Commercial Pilot Licence issued by Transport Canada.
I'm wondering if the licence is considered a certificate and if it would give me any points for the express entry and if it does, how to classify it: under 4b or 7?

This isn’t the same as a nomination from a province or territory."
In my opinion, it should be under #7 because it is a certificate of qualification that let people work in a skilled trade (skill trade B, NOC 2271) and it was issued by a federal body. I've also been through training and certification exams to asses my skills and experience to get the licence. But I've also been enrolled full time in a school within Canada for more than eight months, so I'm not sure.
Just wondering which one should I use. Has anyone had a similar experience or anybody with full understanding of the matter to give a hand?

- English or French as a Second Language must not have made up more than half your study
- you must not have studied under an award that required you to return to your home country after graduation to apply your skills and knowledge
- you must have studied at a school within Canada (foreign campuses don’t count)
