CRS point (Job offer and Provincial nominee)

Hi all,
I'm new in this forum. I have used CRS tool and got score just around 400. So without getting Provincial nominee or getting job offer would be almost impossible to get an ITA. I got to know from this forum that I have to search and use my own initiative to get a job offer. But what about provincial nominee program. Do I need to do anything or automatically my EE profile will be accessed to get provincial nominee? My sibling is Canadian and living in Alberta. Would be really appreciated if anyone would be kind enough to answer my query.

For Ontario PNP, you have to be invited to apply.

For all other PNPs, it's up to you to initiate the process.

would you please give me an idea which province I can search for Fashion designer job. I have 2 years National diploma degree from Edexcel, UK and I have 3.5 years job experience as a Fabric designer.

I Scored just around 400 CRS so I badly need either job offer or provincial nominee to get an ITA.

My brother lives Alberta over 3 years and got canadian passport.

You almost certainly won't get a job offer.

PEI and NB are the only PNP programs you will qualify for, which are currently open.

Thanks. Is it due to my academic qualification? As I think its min requirement is bachelor degree.

No. It's because other provinces require you to have a job offer, work experience in that province, or work experience in an in-demand NOC.

The only other province you'd be eligible for is Ontario (provided that your CRS is at least 400), but OINP is currently closed.
