CRS Level of Education HELP!

Hey there!

Wondering if anyone can help!
I recently submitted my Express Entry application and came out with a zero next to my level of education.

I have an advanced secondary education certificate and a BA (Hons) degree from a university in England, yet for some reason it doesn't register at all on my CRS score.

I haven't sent my certificates to be assessed by WES yet and i'm wondering if that is the reason? or have i done something else wrong. The lack of score next to my education has severely impacted my total number of points.

Hope someone can clear this up for me!

You need to have ECA done in order o create EE profile. It is mandatory

Good to know, thank you. I'm sending off to have an ECA currently. I don't know whether to delete my express entry profile or amend it once i receive the ECA results.
