The OINP Foreign Worker Stream has a requirement of applicant must have at least two years of paid full-time work experience. Can the work experience gained outside Canada also counted for this?
Stated under work experience requirements. The OINP Foreign Worker Stream has a requirement of applicant must have at least two years of paid full-time work experience. Can the work experience gained outside Canada also counted for this?
It's based on score and which occupations are targeted in each draw. Factors such as language, education, etc. impact your score.I was exploring the OINP Foreign Worker Stream for tech workers specifically designed for technology professionals. It appears that age, education and language skills are not obligatory criteria. How does the OINP determine which candidates to invite if age ,education and language skills are not considered prerequisites?
OINP invites candidates based on the cut-off score. While language is not a requirement, it gives you the additional point which could be a deciding factor to get an invite. It happened to me, had I not taken IELTS, I would have been a point short of the cut-off and would not have gotten the invite.I was exploring the OINP Foreign Worker Stream for tech workers specifically designed for technology professionals. https://www.ontario.ca/page/oinp-employer-job-offer-foreign-worker-streamThank you for your responses. Could you please clarify what is PR supported LMIA with a job offer ? Does the Foreign Worker Stream in this category invite candidates according to a cut-off score or is it possible to apply directly for PR through the employer?
You apply for PR either through Express Entry or Non-Express Entry. EE has "faster" processing time than Non-EE. However, this is also dependent on one's profile. Some Non-EE applications, based from anecdotal experience of some members here, were actually processed about the same time as EEs.Thank you for your responses. OINP FSW is a Non-EE PNP, and invites candidates based on Ontario's cut-off for that particular draw.
Not sure about what you mean by "apply directly for PR through the employer".
Which specific Ontario program does the video refer to? I honestly can't be bothered to watch it.Thank you for the information. I was referring this video for "apply directly for PR through the employer".
LMIA and PR supporting LMIA (watch from 3.30 th min). Thank you.Which specific Ontario program does the video refer to? I honestly can't be bothered to watch it.
We need the name of a specific immigration program. Which immigration progam? I'm not watching the video. These youtube guys are either immigration consultants who are trying to attract business by making things sound more simple than they are or people trying to monetize youtube. Pretty useless either way.LMIA and PR supporting LMIA (watch from 3.30 th min). Thank you.
Are you referring to this:Thank you for the information. I was referring this video for "apply directly for PR through the employer".
Mostly trying to monetize youtube, imho. I don't watch them either, because halfway through you'd realize they're just repeating the tile over and over again and not really giving information. Otherwise, the OP would've had their answers already. We need the name of a specific immigration program. Which immigration progam? I'm not watching the video.
