CRS higher than the Cut off but Didn't receive ITA

Hi guys, I have 464 points and the lowest score was 454. I made my profile on the 7th of july 2020 and the tie breaking rule was on the 23th of july.
However, checking my profile, I made a change two months ago and I save the change but I didn't submit.(don't ask me why)
Do you think is that action disabled my profile from the draw? Or the system just take the old version and nothing more?

yes you need to transmit after saving and draw was only for CEC.

You probably are in the Federal Skilled Workers pool. This week’s draw was for Canadian Experience stream. Draw scores are alway lower than FSW or no program specified draws.
