Had a rip-off today in the medical test. I was charged 65$ additional over the Routine checkup cost because I had a tattoo!! I didn’t pay that much to get the tattoo... :’(
 
Yes I did with screenshots in detail explaining the issue right from step one. Same here waiting for reply. I called customer service as well but not use they also suggested log technical issue.

They charge extra for people with tattoo.

Let see what will happen. I am now impatient though. I will let you know if I have respond earlier. Keep me posted too. Anyone with suggestions.?

Will keep you looped in about any movement on my app. Right now am getting impatient as well, hopefully, this week we'll get this issue resolved. Hope some other members can chime in and provide more insight on how to get this issue resolved.

Just curious how much is the normal cost for you ? Only one doctor here and he's charging 300can. I find that's a bit much! But I have no other choice

That is where they get you! you have no choice lol. I had to pay 465 USD for it.
