Plotted the CRS cutoff data along with the number of ITA issued since the 1st draw in 31st Jan 2015. Hope this helps you all to gauge where your CRS score stands.
Please note that prediction is very difficult since the number of EE profiles created per year varies and so does the immigration target of the Canadian govt.

I really don't think any attempt of prediction from our end will be able to tell us where IRCC stands in terms of immigration quotas, and therefore predict how many ITA will be sent out in the next draw.

Besides how many ITAs are sent out, a critical piece of information is missing: How many actually accepted the ITA and went through with the application. Although some official numbers in CIC website could give an idea...

I think the number of ITAs sent out in draw (n), really depends on how many were accepted/declined in (n-1), (n-2), (n-x)... as IRCC has a set of objectives for the end of each year.

Good point about number of people accepting or be able to make it with 60 days.
On a different note, does it matter when you create the EE profile? I know it is valid for a year. Does it help to wait until everything (ECA/IELTS/LMIA) comes in before creating the EE profile? or create one and then keep updating as things come in?
I noticed that you entered the pool on 12th and got ITA on the 19th , that's cool

What I did was I create my profile a while back in August, just to get a bit familiar with the interface and the system itself, and see what's required. So I started it, and updated it as info came in, and submitted as soon as the last thing came in, the TEF scores.
I could've entered the pool with just a rough estimate of my language scores beforehand, and update them later Post-ITA. But I didn't want to get into any CRS change/update at that stage to avoid any confusion, so I just preferred to wait until i had everything on hand.

So as I had an average idea of when the results would come in, and therefore aimed for 19-Sept round of ITAs, and started wrapping up the last needed documents so that i'd be ready to apply as soon as I got ITA.

So, I would say that it helps if you start early an EE profile, in terms of getting to know the system and what info you'll need exactly and anticipate, but other than that nothing really. You won't be able to submit anything anyway if you don't have all the info available, even if you get ITA.
