Yes, not only this, so many questions does not make any sense. This EE does not have any set of rules or procedures to know what exactly they mean.

Anyhow, same thing happened to my friend who missed the ITA because he answered YES for that question and his score struck at 440, after the last week draw he called me and I changed it to NO and within 2 hours, profile update to 455 (15 points because of Canadian college diploma)

Because of this ducking confusing question, he missed the draw :(

Thank you very much. you are a life saver for me

Hii..Facing the same issue. Please help!!

Do we have to say 'Yes' to the first question:

The rest two, I entered 'NO'

1 -Was this degree, diploma or certificate:
from a public post-secondary school, such as a college, trade/technical school, university or CEGEP (in Quebec)
from a private post-secondary school that operates under the same rules as public schools
a diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) or an attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP) earned through a qualifying study program of at least 900 hours from a private school in Quebec, or
a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree from a Canadian private school that can legally award degrees under provincial law. (The student must have been enrolled in a study program that led to a degree as set out by the province.)

2 - Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses?

State your answers for these questions:

Answer "yes" to the very first question. You will get your points within 24 hrs.

thanks, I made the changes, can't wait to see the update. I guess the first bullet point is a little bit misleading.
from a public post-secondary school, such as a college, trade/technical school, university or CEGEP (in Quebec)

I thought it means a degree from a post-secondary school all in Quebec, I guess it just refer to whatever CEGEP means.

Hi DelPiero.

Thank you for your messages and help.

I'm a master graduate of University of Ottawa and had the same question.

I haven't got the 30 points for my studies and have answered to all 3 questions NO.

Do I need to change my answer to the following question to YES (And Why ??? University of Ottawa is not in QUEBEC and is not private. )

1 -Was this degree, diploma or certificate:
from a public post-secondary school, such as a college, trade/technical school, university or CEGEP (in Quebec)

You must answer "yes" to the first question. What is stated in parenthesis applies to CEGEP only.
