Hi all,

Im new here, just wanted to ask if anyone has had a hard time not getting their Canadian Education evaluated properly on the Express Entry Profile.

Does anyone know if they have changed specific rules regarding Canadian Education eligibility?

I've read a few past threads that talk about a few technicalities but I've tried to change without any help. However I have sent a Reported a Technical Issue I am hoping they fix this ASAP as my points may significantly increases my chances of going in.

Your answers are fine so unless you don't meet the requirements of section "b" and "c" (see below) you should be getting those points:

"
(3) Points are only assigned under subsection (1) if, for the purpose of obtaining the credential, the foreign national

  • (a) studied in Canada at a Canadian educational institution;
  • (b) was enrolled in full-time study or training for at least eight months; and
  • (c) was physically present in Canada for at least eight months."
http://www.gazette.gc.ca/rp-pr/p1/2016/2016-11-12/html/notice-avis-eng.php#na1

So two options, wait until your technical issue gets resolved or if you need the points asap then withdraw your profile and create a new one.

edit the file again. If you have a vlid job offer only then you will get points for arranged employment. for Canadian education i was also doing something wrong with the form. later I got points. So you will select no for the part it asked"is half of the degree in eng or french..." when you will click no. you will be asked to provide a DLI number. enter that and then submit you will get points for canadian education.

I got this issue and fixed it. I got a 0 on the CRS score for this item although I was fully qualified. The reason was because I answered the following question as Yes instead of No.
Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses? (required)

I misread this question at first glance. I thought its asking if my program was delivered in English or French. The answer to this question should be "NO" if your course did not have a second language like English or French as the majority of its course syllabus.

For example: I took a 2 year IT program. So this is NO for me and for most of you I assume.

Thanks you so much for this solution. I also fixed it and it worked. Now I can see Canadian Education points. Once you update the form. Wait for few minutes and refresh. Thanks,
