The lowest score ever chosen in any draw since January 2015 has been at 450 so umless there is a major change in the current system and they start to select a lot more people in each draw, beimg selected at 447 is not very likely in the next 6-12 months.

You can look at the different PNP programs from the provinces to see if you would qualify for one of those to add 600 points.

You can also retake your IELTS exam if you havent maxed your language score yet.

Most other options like learning French or improving your highest education level are quite time-consuming and would probably take more than 1 year to complete so PNP and langauge exam are probably your two best options.

Thanks for your response. Please PNP do you think I would be eligible for without a job offer and how do I apply for them. Please I need your help

I am at 447 as well. It seems hopeless at the moment. I'll be at 472 points in 50 days once I have 3 years work experience.

I've received invitation from Ontario this February, but my EE account was frozen for some reason before I could send my documents in time with 45 days, so the invitation became invalid. After that, my immigrant agent sent my documents anyway to Ontario with a letter that explains the situation in early April. Now, I still don't know whether my case is gonna be processed or rejected.

Retake English exam, learn French, evaluate all your degrees..... Etc. also, apply for PNP. if you have done everything then rely on this post-only if it makes sense to you:

-I have two degrees which are Bachelor of pharmacy and doctor of pharmacy and I have two different certificates for them. Does it have any effect on my points? Because in the option I only saw "masters degree or professional degree"
-Also there is a 3 months waiting period for every ielts exam
-What is the name of the French exam?
-Which PNP can sI ecure without a job offer?

I am at 441 currently. I'll be at 481 points in few weeks time after I get the ECA report for my Masters degree from CES InshAllah.

CRS score is 407, got a LOI from ontario , sent application and was received on 9 Dec 2015 no response till now. waiting till OCT to get three years of Experience and Masters degree attested from WES. CRS will be 472 then hopefully.

I was at 448 for more than one year . Never got ita. The least I got was 450 . Then I end up at 462 cos I completed 2 years of work and relieved ita. Tbh anyone who is below 450 has very very low change of getting an ita. Probably nearly to 5% atleast in coming years . Sorry to say this but that's the truth.

I watched a video that's shared by someone on this forum about a conference happened recently in Edmonton. IRCC said that starting this Fall they will start giving out more invitations in each draw, like 2000-2500ish. So they expect points will drop by then.

I would say there's definitely hope in getting an ITA with 447, but it just might take some time.

I suppose only post graduation work experience is counted, so you can have 3 yrs experience points or master degree points, but not both. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

You can expect to receive AOR soon as OINP has already sent AORs to applicants till December 8th.

The next available spot for IELTS is usually within 30 days. You'll still have to wait for the results after taking the test. If I remember that's about 2 weeks.
The CELPIP have more availability, and results are online after 1 week.

For French, the test is TEF Canada. There are less spots available, so you have to reserve at least 1 month before.
Results are delivered no less than 8 weeks after. The test is more expensive, $440 !
Unless you already speak French, that won't be useful to you. A CLB5 would give you just a few points I believe.
If, on the other hand, you believe you can score a CLB7, go for it. Ontario PNP for French is still open...

Hi,

Can you please clarify? Your 441 CRS is when you didn't mention that you have masters degree?

Thanks.
